About payment
Online card payment is not activated on Rqame yet. A plan with a price starts as a trial when you sign up, and no payment is collected. We will contact you about payment before anything is due.
Frequently asked questions
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Your plan, your limits and your usage are all on one screen inside your store, and changing plan is done from there.
What happens when a trial ends?
Your data stays exactly where it is. Access to the store follows the subscription, so talk to us before the trial ends and we will sort out the plan.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from your subscription screen. Cancelling stops the subscription; it does not delete what you have built.
Do you take a commission?
No. You pay for your plan and keep your revenue.
