In short
The agreement
Creating a store means accepting these terms. If you create a store for a company, you are confirming that you may accept them on that company’s behalf.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for the staff you invite to your store. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think somebody else has it.
Your store
What you sell, what you write and what you promise your customers is yours. You are responsible for it being lawful where you sell, and for honouring what you tell your customers.
What you may not do
No unlawful goods or services, no attempt to reach another merchant’s data, no attempt to break or overload the platform, and nothing that would make Rqame a party to fraud.
Plans and payment
A plan sets what your store may use. Online card payment is not activated on Rqame yet: a priced plan begins as a trial, no payment is taken at signup, and we will contact you about payment before anything is due. A payment is only ever recorded when it has actually been made.
Availability
We work to keep the platform running and will tell you when something is wrong. We do not promise that it will never be unavailable.
Suspension and closure
We may suspend a store that breaks these terms or that puts the platform or other merchants at risk, and we will tell you why. You may close your store whenever you want; closing it does not delete your data immediately, so a mistake can be undone.
Changes to these terms
If we change something that matters, we will tell store owners before it takes effect.
